If your Computer OPen and on desktop position and it cannot work then do following step
- open computer - press alt+ctrl+del (then open Windows Task Manager dialog box )
- Go to file menu - Click New Task(Run..)
- Type Explorer.exe - click open
- Then Copy Explorer.exe file in another computer and Rename it Explorer.reg
- put explorer.reg in your computer and Run it
- Then scan your computer
Now your computer will be open and you work easly .
