If you can change IE title then follow this step
- Click on Start Button > Run
- Type regedti (Then Display Regedit will display)
- Go Registry Key (HKEY_CURRENT_USER>Software>Miscrosoft>Internet Explorer>Main
- Right click > New > String value (Window Title)
- Right clck on it and click on Modify
- Value Data : Desired your Text , which you want to display in IE Title bar
- Click on ok
